Galen Mook is the Executive Director of the Massachusetts Bicycle Coalition, your statewide bicycle advocacy group charged with making better bicycling through legislation, education, and advocacy. He has lived in Allston, MA (a neighborhood in Boston) for 15 years and has been involved in bicycle advocacy since coming to Boston by founding student groups and a neighborhood non-profit, working for the cities of Boston and Cambridge on cycling education, helping to launch the Hubway bike share program, and most recently working for Landry's Bicycles in the marketing and advocacy department. Galen brings a passion for social change and personal betterment that can be achieved through the bicycle, and he believes that all people, whether they ride or not, will benefit from better bicycling throughout the Commonwealth.
